The Last Issue

The end of this month marks the tenth anniversary of Needlecraft University. During this time we launched many sessions of more than fifty classes in Knitting, Crochet, and Ribbon Embroidery from beginner to advanced levels. Many of you who participated in these classes enriched them by posting relevant questions to the class discussion boards, sharing your experiences, and putting pictures of your class projects on display in the class gallery, and I thank you all. I also thank our wonderful faculty members who provided these wonderful classes and helped attendees with their problems.

It has now come to a point that NU can no longer operate in the way it has in the past ten years. We are closing down most of our operations including fee-based classes and NU's monthly newsletter. However the site remains open for at least one more year with limited content such as Public Bulletin Board, Show & Tell section, and archived issues of NU's newsletter for the past ten years. All the libraries, including the popular Metric Conversion library and its calculator remain open too.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for all your support in the past ten years. I wish you happy holidays and a happy and prosperous life.
